04/14/2025 staff notes: did a fence meeting with Kasmo. Mia had a high flagging tail, pulled hard towards the fence, sniffed face to face, then began to growl and scrape up the ground with her paws and was further vocalizing as I moved her away. She would fixate on him from a distance and kick up the ground with her feet.

During playgroup, Bay struggled to read social cues and overreacted to a correction another dog gave. When he met a dog one-on-one, he did better and was very interested in meeting her. With slow introductions and support, he can continue learning how to navigate doggy social scenes.
